Pay Rent Online

As an iCare Housing resident, you must pay your rent in advance, whether you are paying weekly or monthly, in accordance with your tenancy agreement To make a rent payment, please enter your details below and follow the on-screen instructions. It is essential that all information entered on the rent payment form is complete and accurate. This enables us to allocate your payment to the correct rent account. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay processing and could result in your account falling into arrears.

Standing Order

iCare Housing tenants can pay their rent via standing order. If your income is paid directly into your bank account, you can set up a standing order with your bank to automatically transfer rent payments to iCare on a regular basis.

To request a Standing Order form, please contact us on 1800 233 244. We can send the form to you by email or post. Please complete the form, and return it to your bank.

An Post/ Dept of Social Welfare Household Budget Scheme

This scheme is available to individuals receiving certain social welfare payments. Rent is deducted directly from these payments on a weekly basis.

If your income is paid through An Post, you can request a Household Budget form from iCare. This form helps you manage your income and expenses, including regular rent payments.

Annual Rent Review
