Repair Requests
Your Tenant Handbook (see below) explains what repairs iCare Housing is responsible for, and what you as the tenant are responsible for. Please check the handbook to see who should take care of the issue.
If the repair is iCare Housing’s responsibility, you can report it in one of the following ways:
- Call us on 1800 233 244 and choose option 1 for Repairs
- Email us at info@icarehousing.ie
- Or click the button below to fill out the Repair Request Form
Emergency Repairs
We provide an emergency repairs service outside of normal office hours.
This service is available during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Use this service only for urgent issues that could harm your household or damage the building.
Do not use it for minor repairs.
If the contractor decides your issue is not an emergency:
You will be asked to contact iCare Housing during normal office hours.
Please note: using this service for non-emergencies may lead to extra charges.

For emergencies with gas, electricity, or water, contact the relevant provider directly:
